A personal approach to home design
Plan It UK is home to an independent, experienced team who believe that planning a project should feel clear and manageable, not confusing and overwhelming. We avoid unnecessary jargon and pushy sales tactics and instead keep things simple, by giving honest, practical advice from the very beginning; whether you’re a homeowner or developer.
How We Started
Most home projects involve a number of different stages which can cause confusion as things progress. The great thing about Plan It UK is that we’ve designed our services to work together; bringing everything together under one roof.
Frazer, who graduated from the Canterbury School of Architecture, leads the design side of the business as Design Director. With a strong background in technical design and site delivery, he brings a practical and creative approach to every project.
Harry, a Design graduate with experience in project and operations management, oversees the business as Managing Director. He makes sure that every project runs smoothly by implementing clear processes and maintaining strong team coordination.
Together, they’ve expanded Plan It UK to include a talented team and have since delivered thousands of home extension and alteration projects. The important aim for the whole of the Plan It Uk team is to combine thoughtful designs with a well-structured approach behind the scenes. It’s this focus which has made Plan It UK’s services so popular and the reason that we continue to grow across London, Kent and Essex.
How Do We Work At Plan It UK?
Every Project Is Different
the key thing for us is taking the time to understand exactly what you’re looking to achieve before moving onto the next step. This is why we’ve created a handy Design Process which offers a guide to the stages that your project will go through.
Many projects require multiple consultants, which can mean being passed between different companies throughout the process.
At Plan It UK we keep keep things simple.
You’ll have a dedicated lead architectural designer who stays with your project from the outset, supported by a team of experienced specialists when needed. This guarantees that everything stays connected and gives you a clear point of contact for any questions. It also helps to make the process more cost-effective, as everything is coordinated within one team rather than across multiple organisations.

Reliable Partners
You’re welcome to bring your own builder to the project but we’ve also built strong relationships with builders across London, Kent and Essex that we would be happy to recommend. Also, if we need to include any particular specialists from our trusted network, we will do that on your behalf. As everything is included in your fixed fee, you will know all of the details from the outset; there are no hidden costs.

Support Beyond Design
Before construction starts, we’ll make sure that your builder fully understands the project; reducing the risk of miscommunication and delays.
Also, if you haven’t found a suitable builder, we can introduce trusted contractors that we’ve worked with and have a good relationship with.

Our approach is intentionally straightforward: We do what we say we’ll do.
Before taking on a project, we spend time making sure that there’s a clear plan in place and that everyone is aligned on what’s being delivered. Throughout the process, we carry out regular check-ins to keep everything on track.
Unlike many companies, our involvement doesn’t stop once the drawings are complete. If questions come up during the build, or something unexpected happens, we step in and work with you and your builder to find a solution; at no point do we expect you to manage technical issues on your own.
